    The minimum investment per slot is N100,000.

  • 3 Can investment come in installments and what is the maximum period?

    Yes! Payment can be spread for a maximum period of 5 months (from the initial offer period).

    Upon completion of installments.

  • 5 What is the minimum and maximum number of slots I can subscribe for?

    The minimum subscription is 2 slots. However, there is no limit to how many you can subscribe for.

  • 7 How do I receive my returns and/or capital upon maturity?

    Direct Payment option: all funds are paid directly to the commercial bank account made available by you at the end of your investment period.

  • 8 Can I extend my investment after it is due.

    Yes

  • 9 Can I liquidate my investment before maturity?

    Yes, you can. Note however that premature liquidation of your investment attracts a management fee of 20% of the invested sum and you also lose the accrued return on investment.

    After 2 years of claiming your initial ROI during which rental income will be paid to you.

    Consistent updates will be made available on your account on the website, or on the mobile app and/or via mails, SMS and other Digital Media channels.

    All payments are secured with end-to-end encryption. You can confidently make payments with your card, and allow automatic recurring payments if you choose an extended payment plan. Online payments are processed by a PCIDSS – compliant payment processor, Paystack.

    You start earning by registering as a company advocate (CA) with LIFEPAGE Group on tribe.lifepagegroup.com/login Upon completion of your registration, a personalized referral link is now yours to share and invite prospective investors within your network and on digital media. As a CA, you're entitled to 5% commissions on every investor referred by you. For example, if the investor you refer invests N10,000,000:00 (Ten Million Naira Only) you will earn N500,000:00(Five Hundred Thousand Naira Only) in commissions.
